Scalado Remove

While editing yesterday on TrendHunter.com, I came across this cool new app called the Scalado Remove. We've all had those moments when trying to take photos in crowded places. No matter what angle or stance you choose, pesky tourists always get in the way of that perfect capture. This app takes a number of shots in one click, enabling users to erase any unwanted moving background. With just a few swipes, an overcrowded tourist destination becomes completely desolate.  

Ngorongoro Crater: Tanzania

Photographer John Overmeyer does a great job at capturing the gorgeous colors of the Milky Way. This image is taken at Ngorongoro Crater in Tanzania, and makes me want to jump on a plane and see this gorgeous setting for myself!

Parisian Layovers

One of the best parts about the flight over to Croatia is that we have a ten hour layover in Paris. I can think of worse places to be stranded for a day, and my significant other and I intend to make the most of this short visit. Having both visited this amazing city before, the plan is to a) find a typical Parisian cafe and eat until satisfied, or b) grab a bottle of wine and chill by the Eiffel tower French-style. Either way, the visit will be a great start to our two-week trip.
